The Swan 131 is the largest yacht ever built by a famous Finnish shipyard. It was built in only one exemplary and now (under the name Aristarchos) is offered for charter in the Mediterranean. The boat is quite unusual in many aspects of its construction: for example, it has two rudders, which is rare on such large yachts. It also has a twin propulsion system: the main engine runs on long passages under the engine, and for retreat/approach manoeuvres a weaker auxiliary engine is used, which saves the life of the main machine. The creation of this yacht was a milestone for Nautor: it was so large that the main boathouse of the shipyard had to be seriously lengthened and the matrix was ordered from a third party supplier.
