Loren and Lani Hart founded Admiralty Ltd., an import trading company incorporated in Wilmington, Delaware. Admiralty Ltd. contracted with Tommy Chen, owner of Taiwan based Ocean Eagle Yacht Building Corporation, to build the 35′ and 41′ Lord Nelson sailboats.
