History of HH Catamarans
In 2012, the company embarked on a journey to redefine yachting excellence in Asia and beyond. Founded with a vision to elevate the world of sailing and leisure boating, HH Catamarans quickly established itself as a beacon of unwavering commitment to yacht quality and success. While collaborating with global giants like J Boats, Gunboat, and Pearl, the brand emerged as a symbol of reliability and excellence.
Later, under the visionary leadership of Hudson and the expertise of composite boat builder Paul Hakes, HH Catamarans forged ahead, setting the stage for remarkable innovations. In a pivotal moment in 2012, the brand joined forces with acclaimed Naval Architects Morrelli & Melvin, catalysing a transformation in performance cruising catamarans.
The year 2018 marked a triumph for HH Catamarans as the HH66 was crowned Overall Boat of the Year by Sailing World Magazine and Best Boat-Multihull by Sail Magazine. Following suit, the HH55 earned the title of Cruising World Magazine’s Boat of the Year in the Multihull category, capturing the hearts of owners.

Production of HH Catamarans
The production of HH Catamarans unfolds within a state-of-the-art facility in Xiamen, China. Hudson Yacht Group, the parent company, has invested over $50 million to create a sprawling production hub spanning 111 400 square metres. In other words, this facility redefines luxury boat manufacturing with cutting-edge technology, modern halls, a test pool, overhead cranes, and a skilled workforce.
Model range
HH Catamarans’ model range includes the celebrated HH50, recognised as Cruising World’s “Boat of the Year – Best Luxury Cruiser” in 2020. In 2021, they introduced the OC (Ocean Cruising) line on the HH44, HH50, and HH52 models, offering luxury without the cost of a full carbon hull. For instance, in 2022, the brand broke new ground by introducing electric diesel hybrid engines on the HH44, HH52, and HH60 models. As a result, there were record-breaking sales and market success.
