Founded by Jack Helms, the company was located in Irmo, South Carolina, USA. 600-800 total boats were built during the companies period of operation. The first boat was the Helms 25. Eventually a 27 was added, followed by a 30, which was later replaced by a 32 footer (of which only 10 were built).
