Colin Mudie

English designer, author, naval historian, balloonist, and advocate for the handicapped sailor.
After studying engineering at Southhampton University, he worked under such luminaries as Laurent Giles, Uffa Fox, etc. before establishing his own firm.
Awarded RDI (Royal Designer for Industry) in 1995.
As a designer, Mr. Mudie has stated that he has “little use for the ‘ordinary'”.
